Service Department Closing Times

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and care, each department closes at a designated time to allow our team to complete daily sanitation and closing procedures.

Grooming: 5:00 PM
Daycare: 5:30 PM
Lobby: 6:00 PM

Please plan your pickup before your pet’s department closes.

Late pickups may be subject to additional fees.

While our lobby remains open later for customer convenience, all pet services conclude when their respective departments close for the day.
